TR Development Management (“TRDM”) serves as the vertically integrated development and operations arm for TR Capital Investments, overseeing every aspect of their residential projects from land acquisition through final sale. TRDM leads entitlement and design, manages construction budgets, schedules, and quality control day-to-day, and coordinates directly with architects, engineers, contractors, and brokers, ensuring that investment theses are translated into on-the-ground execution that meets their expectations. Keeping this work in-house allows TR to tightly link capital allocation with real-time market data, cost trends, and field-level feedback. TR’s in-house model gives them greater control over design, specification, and brand consistency, which is critical in the high-end segment where details drive value.

Teddy Pritzker Vlock is a Co-Founder of TR, where he serves as Managing Partner overseeing Finance & Investments. A Yale College graduate, Wharton MBA, and Olympic equestrian, he identified a market gap in Wellington, FL for luxury turnkey homes and co-founded TR to fill that void. Teddy is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, and raising capital for all TR projects, driving the firm’s financial strategy and investment execution. Leveraging his private equity and private credit background, he has played a key role in developing and exiting the firm’s portfolio of single-family homes.

Rob Gray is a Co-Founder of TR, where he serves as Managing Partner overseeing Operations & Construction, leading the team on every stage of the process, from architectural design to interior furnishings. Rob’s hands-on approach to development has ensured TR projects are designed with ultimate precision and completed in impressive timelines. Since co-founding TR in 2016, Rob has been instrumental to the growth of the firm, leveraging his deep market knowledge to identify and develop premier properties.

Luke Tokaruk, TR’s Property Management division leader and Canadian native, has been a Wellington resident since 2010. He received his BBA from the University of Kentucky before starting his own show jumping stable, developing horses and riders while competing in North America and abroad. Shifting his focus to the Real Estate Sector, Luke started his own Property Management company before joining the TR team. Luke is a licensed Community Association Manager and Realtor and with pertinent industry knowledge.

Tammy Salinas-Bentley is the dedicated Office Manager for the TR team. Originally from Warrenton, VA, she attended Virginia Tech before relocating to Florida and eventually settled in Wellington, where she embraced her passion for business management and organization, rooted in her upbringing within an equestrian community. Before joining TR, Tammy co-founded the Outback Polo Club, successfully establishing a medium-goal polo league in the heart of Wellington.

Sheila O’Brien brings over 30 years of experience in accounting operations and management in the real estate sector. Prior to joining the company in 2025, she held a leadership role at BXP, Inc., a large, publicly traded real estate investment trust. At TR, Sheila oversees the firm’s financial operations with a focus on accuracy, transparency and efficiency. Originally from Woburn, MA, Sheila and her husband relocated to Florida to enjoy the year-round sunshine and a more relaxed lifestyle. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and cherishes time with her family.

His journey led him to Wellington, Florida, where he established his first company, Gray Equestrian Services LLC, at the age of 18.
