Rob Gray

Rob Gray is the co-founder of T&R Development. He was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. Rob grew up in a family of competitive riders and spent his entire life in the equestrian industry. He had an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. Rob moved to Wellington, FL, at 18 years old and started his first company, Gray Equestrian Services LLC. In 2015, while managing Vlock Show Stables, Rob teamed up with fellow equestrian, Teddy Vlock, and co-founded T&R Development. Their real estate firm has vastly grown with holdings of more than $50 million. The knowledge and network that Rob has developed over the past 10 years is what makes him key in analyzing opportunities within the market and developing premier equestrian properties.

Teddy Vlock

Teddy Vlock is the Co-Founder and Chairman of T&R Development. Prior to founding the company, Teddy spent most of his time in South Florida pursuing a career in the equestrian sport of show jumping. Being the clientele themselves, Rob and Ted recognized the growing community in Wellington, FL, along with the scarcity of turn-key new construction homes, and decided to develop properties they would want, but did not exist. While growing T&R Teddy attended and graduated from Yale University and competed at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games. After retiring from the top level of his sport, Teddy turned the entirety of his focus to business, working in Private Equity and Private Debt before transitioning back to his full-time role at T&R.

Luke Tokaruk

Luke Tokaruk, our Property Management division leader and Canadian native, has been a Wellington resident since 2010, spending winters in the village for the decade prior. He received his BBA from the University of Kentucky before starting his own show jumping stable, developing
horses and riders while competing in North America and abroad. Shifting his focus to the Real Estate Sector, Luke started his own Property Management company before joining the T&R team. Luke is a licensed Community Association Manager and Realtor and with pertinent industry knowledge and a lifetime of equestrian experience.

Tammy Salinas-Bentley

Tammy Salinas-Bentley is the dedicated Office Manager for the T&R team. Originally from Warrenton, VA, she attended Virginia Tech before relocating to Florida with her husband, Juan, a professional polo player. They eventually settled in Wellington, where Tammy embraced her passion for business management and organization, rooted in her upbringing within an equestrian community.

Before joining T&R, Tammy co-founded the Outback Polo Club, successfully establishing a medium-goal polo league in the heart of Wellington.

Tammy Salinas-Bentley

Sheila O’brien

Sheila O’Brien is the Financial Controller for T&R Development, bringing over 30 years of experience in accounting operations and management in the real estate sector. Prior to joining the company in 2025, she held a leadership role at BXP, Inc., a large, publicly traded real estate investment trust.

At T&R Development, Sheila oversees the company’s financial operations with a focus on accuracy, transparency and efficiency.

Originally from Woburn, MA, Sheila and her husband relocated to Florida to enjoy the year-round sunshine and a more relaxed lifestyle. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and cherishes time with her family, especially her five daughters and beloved granddaughter.
