Teddy Vlock is the Co-Founder and Chairman of T&R Development. Prior to founding the company, Teddy spent most of his time in South Florida pursuing a career in the equestrian sport of show jumping. Being the clientele themselves, Rob and Ted recognized the growing community in Wellington, FL, along with the scarcity of turn-key new construction homes, and decided to develop properties they would want, but did not exist. While growing T&R, Teddy attended and graduated from Yale University and competed at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games. After retiring from the top level of his sport, Teddy turned the entirety of his focus to business, working in Private Equity and Private Debt before transitioning back to his full-time role at T&R.
